For a year, we took on the challenge of catering and were lucky enough to be able to open Le Bistro following the call for projects from the municipality of Mont-sur-Lausanne. It was possible to enjoy fresh homemade pasta, our famous tartares and a selection of local wines, all prepared with passion by our chef Coco. This chapter has now closed, but we are proud to announce that the place is now managed by our chef Coco and has been renamed MONT BISTRO !
