TICKETING FAQ
What is a STAGE ACCESS ticket?
For Friday's evening, which will feature renowned DJs, we are offering a STAGE ACCESS ticket, which gives you access to the stage to enjoy the evening alongside the artists!
What does WAVE 1 mean?
The WAVE 1 ticket rewards early purchasers : it's cheaper but its availability is limited. So buy your ticket early and save!
Exchange, refund and resale
Please note: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please make sure to select the correct date when purchasing your ticket!
Our tickets are not buyer-specific : access is granted via the unique QR code on the e-ticket. You are therefore free to transfer or resell it to the person of your choice. Just be sure to send the full QR code (PDF or image); the same code can only be scanned once, and any previously used copy will be refused entry.
Buying your tickets on-site
We don't offer a physical ticket shop at our events. You can only purchase your tickets through our online ticketing service while they're still available, even while you're in the queue! But be warned: tickets are selling out fast!
Recieving your ticket
As soon as your payment is validated, a confirmation email containing your e-ticket will be sent immediately to the address you provided during purchase.
Check your spam/junk mail : the message sometimes ends up there.
Save the email or download the file to your phone to get through the inspection faster.
If you have not received your ticket, we recommend checking that the payment has correctly gone through. For example, if you pay with TWINT on mobile, it is important to return to the webpage to confirm the payment.
If your payment has been validated and you still haven't received your ticket, or if you have a problem with your payment, please send us an email to help@collectif52.ch with the email address you used to order and proof of payment.
