What is the difference between the WAVE 1 ticket and the WAVE 2 ticket?
The WAVE 1 ticket rewards early purchasers : it's cheaper but its availability is limited. Buy your ticket early and save!
What is an EARLY ENTRY ticket?
The EARLY ENTRY ticket rewards those who arrive early to the event : you benefit from a discount if you enter the event site before the indicated time!
If you arrive late : no problem, you'll just have to pay the difference on site.
How will I receive my ticket?
As soon as your payment is validated, a confirmation email containing your e-ticket will be sent immediately to the address you provided during purchase.
Check your spam/junk mail : the message sometimes ends up there.
Save the email or download the file to your phone to get through the checkout faster.
What if I paid but did not receive or if I lost my ticket?
If you haven't received your ticket, we recommend first checking that your payment has successfully gone through. For example, if you pay with TWINT on your mobile, it's important to return to the page to confirm your payment.
If your payment has been validated and you still haven't received your ticket, please send us an email to help@collectif52.ch with the email address you used to order and proof of payment.
Is the ticket refundable?
Except in cases of a major disruptive event on our end (for example: cancellation by the authorities), tickets are non-refundable .
If you can no longer come, you are free to give it away or resell it to the person of your choice: the unique QR code is enough to enter.
Is the ticket exchangeable?
If you are not available for the event for which you purchased a ticket, you have the option to exchange it for another event, as long as the ticket price is the same or lower. In the latter case, the difference will not be refunded.
You can write an email to help@collectif52.ch with: the event for which you purchased a ticket, the email address used to order, and the event for which you would like the exchange.
Is the ticket nominative?
Our tickets are not tied to the buyer : access is granted solely through the unique QR code on the e-ticket. You are therefore free to transfer or resell it to the person of your choice. Just be sure to send the full QR code (PDF or image); the same code can only be scanned once, and any previously used copy will be refused entry.
Do children and young people have to pay for a ticket?
Families are welcome at Collectif 52!
Children under 12 do not pay a ticket, simply come to the entrance with your little ones and they will be able to enter!
Tickets are required for ages 12 and up. We do not offer reduced fares for youth, students, or people receiving social assistance.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the event.
Young people under 18 may come unaccompanied, but must be able to present identification if requested by security staff.
ID card checks will be carried out at the bar for the sale of alcohol.
Can I buy my ticket on site?
We don't offer a physical ticket shop at our events. You can only purchase your tickets through our online ticketing service while they're still available, even while you're in the queue! But be warned: tickets are selling out fast!
